In late 2009, Nixon told the press "we were going to have to take bold action" when he announced his plan to clean up the Lake of the Ozarks. Nixon used words like "unacceptable" and "not tolerable" while he promised that polluters would be "punished".
Despite Nixon's bluster, the problem didn't get fixed (surprise!).
Which explains why more than a year later, Chris Koster is taking his turn with the Lake of the Ozarks instead of doing his job and challenging Obamacare.
