The Source has learned that the appointment of Beth Phillips to be the US Attorney for the Western District of Missouri is imminent.
Looks like if you want out of a traffic ticket anywhere, or a felony offense dropped to a misdemeanor in Cass County where his wife is prosecutor, Kenneth Hensley will still be available and at your service.
We wonder if Ken has learned a valuable lesson in all of this?
By the way Ken, when Don Norris drinks he talks loudly in restaurants. You should really ask your old friend not to "talk shop" after a few drinks. Its a small world.
